Publication Policy

1. Types of Publications

Prudhvi Publishers undertakes the publication of edited books, authored books, conference proceedings, research monographs, academic textbooks, and peer-reviewed journals. Both print and online (e-publication) formats are supported to ensure wide dissemination and accessibility. Multidisciplinary and specialized subject publications are encouraged.

2. Manuscript Submission & Review

All manuscripts must be original and unpublished, submitted in the prescribed format. Every journal article undergoes a structured double-blind peer review process to maintain academic quality and objectivity. Book manuscripts are reviewed by subject experts before acceptance. Authors receive reviewer feedback for revision.

3. Ethics and Plagiarism Policy

We follow strict ethical publishing standards. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software; similarity levels must remain within acceptable limits. Fabrication, falsification, or duplicate publication is strictly prohibited. Authors must submit a declaration of originality.

4. Copyright and Licensing

Authors are required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement or License to Publish after acceptance. While authors retain moral rights over their work, the publisher receives the right to distribute the content in print and electronic formats. Open-access options are provided where applicable.

5. ISBN / ISSN and Indexing

All books are assigned ISBN numbers, and journals are registered with ISSN for official recognition. We aim for indexing in recognized academic databases to enhance visibility and citation impact. Digital archiving and DOI allocation may be implemented for long-term accessibility.

6. Production and Distribution

After final acceptance, manuscripts undergo copy-editing, formatting, and proof correction. Authors receive proofs for approval before final publication. Printed copies are distributed to libraries and institutions, while digital copies are hosted on the official website.

7. Publication Charges

Any processing or publication charges will be transparently communicated to authors. Fees, if applicable, cover peer review management, editing, design, printing, and digital hosting services. All financial details are discussed prior to the commencement of the production phase.
