It welcomes contributions from the fields of Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Education, Law, Philosophy, Management, and Gandhian Studies. Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts that contribute to academic excellence and interdisciplinary understanding. All submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts should strictly follow the journal’s prescribed author guidelines and formatting requirements. Each submission undergoes an initial editorial screening to ensure quality and relevance. Selected papers are subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review process to maintain academic integrity. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and adhere to the journal’s author guidelines. All papers undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.

Guidelines for Paper Submission

The journal invites original, unpublished research papers, review articles, and case studies related to multidisciplinary fields including Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Education, Law, Philosophy, Commerce, and Technology. The manuscript must not be under consideration elsewhere. Authors must ensure that the paper contributes new knowledge or critical insight to the chosen field.

The paper should be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1.5 line spacing and 1-inch margins on all sides. The length of the manuscript should normally be between 3,000–4,500 words. The paper must include Title, Author(s) Name and Affiliation, Abstract (150–250 words), Keywords (4–6), Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology (if applicable), Analysis/Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

Authors must follow a standard citation style such as APA (7th Edition) or MLA (latest edition), consistently throughout the paper. All sources cited in the text must appear in the reference list. Proper acknowledgment of sources is mandatory to avoid plagiarism.

The journal follows a strict plagiarism policy. The similarity index should not exceed 10–15%. All submissions will be checked using plagiarism detection software. Authors must submit a declaration confirming the originality of their work.

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. The identity of authors and reviewers will remain confidential. Based on reviewers’ comments, papers may be accepted, revised, or rejected.

Authors must submit their manuscript in MS Word format through the journal’s official email or online submission portal. A separate cover page should include the author’s name, designation, institutional affiliation, contact details, and ORCID (if available).

Authors must disclose any conflict of interest and ensure ethical research practices. Fabrication, falsification, or data manipulation is strictly prohibited. The journal adheres to academic integrity and ethical publishing standards. The journal may collect a nominal publication processing charge (if applicable) to support online hosting, peer review management, plagiarism screening, and digital archiving. The details of the fee structure will be transparently communicated to authors after acceptance.

After acceptance, authors are required to submit a signed copyright and originality declaration confirming that the work is unpublished and free from plagiarism. The authors retain moral rights to their work while granting the journal the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, and disseminate the article in print and electronic formats.

Submission of Manuscripts

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers prepared according to the journal’s author guidelines. The manuscript should include a title, abstract, keywords, and proper references, and must be free from plagiarism. Papers should be submitted through the journal’s official email or submission portal. After submission, the editorial board conducts an initial screening to check relevance and quality. Suitable manuscripts are then sent for a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers evaluate the originality, clarity, and scholarly contribution of the paper. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments. Once the revisions are approved by the editorial team, the paper will be accepted for publication. The final accepted manuscripts are then scheduled for publication in the forthcoming issue of the journal. This process ensures academic integrity, research quality, and scholarly excellence in the journal.

Article Processing Charges

All articles published in the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Educational Research (IJMER) are made immediately available as open access, allowing readers across the world to freely access and benefit from scholarly research. To support the editorial process, peer review management, and publication services, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable after the acceptance of the manuscript. This ensures the maintenance of high academic standards and the smooth publication of research articles.

For authors affiliated with Indian Institutions or Universities within India, the APC is Rs.1500 for the Main Author and Rs.500 for each Co-Author.

In cases where one or more authors are affiliated with Foreign Institutions or Universities outside India, the applicable processing charges will be communicated by the journal at the time of acceptance. These charges help sustain the journal’s commitment to quality publishing, open access dissemination, and global academic visibility.
